As a part of the “Chinese Bridge · Global Music” Chinese Music Culture Online International Summer Camp, the Competition received 232 videos from 243 foreign Chinese learners and those who are interested in Chinese culture from 68 countries. The Judging Committee, composed of 19 experts of CCOM vice-presidential leaders and the department leaders, selected the works for the First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, Special Prize, Group Award, Outstanding Award and so on forth.

As well-known composers, musicologists, performers and music educators in China, the experts of the Judging Committee highly praised the value of the Competition and applauded the participants’ understanding and enthusiasm for Chinese music culture. While triggering a boom of “Chinese Melody" in China and abroad, the Competition also witnessed the emergence of a number of excellent original works. Using the “universal language”, participants have made active contributions to the further promotion of in-depth exchange between Chinese and foreign music culture.
